The Nicolaus Prime Il Gabbiano has a main restaurant with two air-conditioned dining rooms and an enchanting outdoor terrace for themed evenings, offering a unique gastronomic experience, enriched by authentic flavours, fresh ingredients and high quality. During the week there is a typical Apulian dinner, a Mediterranean dinner and an elegant dinner preceded by a thematic aperitif with musical entertainment.

Our three bars are ready to welcome you in cosy and relaxing surroundings. The pool bar, located by the pool, offers refreshing drinks to be enjoyed comfortably lying in the sun. The lobby bar is the perfect place to relax and socialise while enjoying the informal atmosphere. The beach bar, located directly on the beach, allows you to experience moments of true relaxation, sipping a cool drink and admiring the breathtaking view of the Ionian Sea

Thanks to the partnership with Essenza Food & Travel, the Nicolaus Prime Il Gabbiano joins the CeliacOK circuit, equipping itself with certified dining room and kitchen staff capable of safely accommodating people who cannot consume gluten and lactose.

For an even more inclusive experience during your stay, we offer our guests gluten-free, lactose-free, and dairy-free ice cream. This product, from Gelato Amore Mio by Disaronno Ingredients, is crafted to ensure a delightful indulgence for all, without exclusions.

Nature & Wellness Corner, for those who prefer a healthy and balanced cuisine, designed to maintain a healthy lifestyle even on holiday. Our menus are designed to offer healthy and tasty dishes, with special attention to variety and colour balance.

The Baby and Mummy Service offers little guests: baby food, vegetable and meat broths, vegetable purées and tomato sauce, to ensure that even the little ones can enjoy healthy and nutritious meals during their holiday.

Sleepyhead Corner, for those who like to keep late hours and wake up comfortably on holiday. A corner designed to enjoy breakfast at a later time, in peace and quiet.

Breakfast, what a surprise! Our chefs prepare a special off-menu for our guests every day, offering a delicious culinary surprise to start the day with an extra touch of flavour.

with Drinks at Mealtimes

Our Full Board with Drinks at Meals formula offers guests to enjoy rich breakfasts , delicious lunches and refined dinners , accompanied by a selection of included drinks (e.g. water, wine and soft drinks served on tap). During breakfast, express coffee is also offered to start the day with taste. To welcome our guests, we offer a welcome cocktail on the day of arrival. Throughout the rest of your stay, you can order house cocktails, a variety of snacks and make use of room service (services available at an additional cost).

To make the evenings even more enjoyable, we offer Aperitime from 7:00 to 7:30 p.m., during which we offer a selection of savoury snacks (drinks are not included).
