Pools, solarium and relaxation area

Enjoy a moment of relaxation and fun thanks to our two swimming pools, one of which is dedicated to children. The surrounding solarium and relaxation area offer the ideal setting for sunbathing and relaxing, immersed in the tranquillity of the surroundings.

Sport for everyone!

For lovers of sport and exercise, among the various activities available, you can take part in exciting football matches, challenge your friends to a game of padel or test your skills at table tennis or bocce court.

Nicolaus Team

At the Nicolaus Prime Il Gabbiano, the Nicolaus Team is always ready to ensure an unforgettable holiday experience, offering a varied programme of activities related to fun, sport and physical and mental wellbeing. The team’s presence is discreet and attentive, ensuring pleasant and professional accompaniment throughout the guests’ stay. During the evenings, to enhance the special after-dinner moments, guests can enjoy musical entertainment and evenings in the company of special surprise guests in a pleasant atmosphere capable of creating unforgettable memories.

Club Card

This is a compulsory service that includes
– a complete beach service, with one beach umbrella and two sunbeds, and assigned seat for the entire duration of your stay, starting from the second row (possibility of reserving the first row with a supplement, subject to availability, for minimum stays of 7 nights)
– the first supply of beach towels free of charge on deposit, with the possibility of further changes against payment
– use of the swimming pool with equipped solarium area
– daytime and evening entertainment , dedicated both to adults and children, for whom there is an internal area dedicated to the Mini Club, where children can participate in various games and creative activities
– by reservation only, the use of sports fields during the day is available, with the exception of those for a fee.

Nicolaus Premium Package

Includes: reserved outdoor parking space, evening turndown, first non-alcoholic minibar supply (2 bottles of water + 2 soft drinks), daily supply of 2 bottles of water, daily supply of 2 beach towels per room. Finally, to make your stay even more special, each room will receive a Nicolaus Club gadget.

Nicolino Card

The Nicolino Card is a world designed to offer the very best to families and our little guests. Our service includes the Baby Food and Mums Service and the Nicolino Kit, comprising a trendy, colourful little bag to carry everything you need for your baby, a soft bathrobe/poncho, an easy-to-clean silicone bib, a Nicolino passport to document your little one’s first adventures and preserve precious memories, and a surprise gift that will make your arrival even more special.

Pets Allowed

At Nicolaus Prime Il Gabbiano, small pets are welcome: with the whole family together, your stay will be truly special and you can enjoy spending your days together.

Available for our little guests:

  • Bowls, a mat/bed and waste bags.
  • Dedicated walking area

Please note: Access to the beach and communal areas (restaurant, swimming pool, etc.) is not permitted.

Gaming Room

The Nicolaus Prime Il Gabbiano is launching its Gaming Room: a space entirely dedicated to fun and entertainment for everyone!

Here you can try your hand at some of the great entertainment classics: from thrilling games of table football and air hockey, to ball and soft toy fishing, ‘win every time’ claw machines for the little ones, and a wide range of gadget vending machines. Iconic attractions such as the fist-punching game and the pistol game will ensure moments of carefree fun for the whole family, creating the perfect atmosphere for socialising and sharing unforgettable memories.
